Robert "Bobby" Flores - President, El Paso County Sheriff's Office
Robert “Bobby” Flores is a Master Peace Officer and 28 year veteran of the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office. He has worked in the Jail Division, Patrol Division, Criminal Investigations Division, Training Division, Special Operations Division and is now a Commander assigned to the Planning, Research and Inspections Division.
He joined the EPCSO SWAT Team in 1993. He served as an Entry Team and Precision Marksman Team Leader, and has worked every position within the team. He was assigned as the Team's Tactical Commander until November, 2010.
“Bobby” is a TCOLE Instructor/ Firearms Instructor, and has attended numerous Operator and Instructor Level Courses in the Tactical Field. He served as TTPOA Region IV Director from 2000 to 2008 and was appointed to Director of Operations in April 2008. In 2010, Bobby was elected Vice President and in 2016 elected President.

Graham Smith - Vice President, Irving PD
Graham has been with the Irving Police Department since 1990. He worked in the Patrol Div, Gang Unit and in 2001 he transferred to the Tactical Section where he is still currently assigned as a senior operator on entry.
He holds a Master Peace Officer Certification. Completed TTPOA Basic and Advanced Swat Schools, FBI Basic SWAT School. Certified TTPOA Tactical Rifle Instructor, CRTC Urban Tactical Rifle Instructor, AR-15 & M-16 Colt Armorer, TTPOA Explosive Breacher, TCOLE Instructor and Firearms Instructor, Wall Banger Instructor, Ballistic Shield Instructor, Def-Tec :Less Lethal, Chemical Munitions, NFDD, O.C. Lt. Dan Colasanto - Director of Operations, Garland PD
Dan Colasanto graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1988 and served in the United States Army for four years before joining the Garland Police Department in 1992. Dan has served in the Patrol Division, Gang Unit, Narcotics Unit, and Quartermaster. He is currently assigned to the Patrol Division as a Patrol Lieutenant and SWAT Supervisor. He has been on the Garland Police Department for 24 years and with the S.W.A.T. Team for 21 years where he has served on the Assault Team as a Rear Guard, Point Man and Team Leader. He is the Director of Operations for the Texas Tactical Police Officers Association.

Buck Rogers - Training Coordinator, Bryan PD
Buck Rogers is the TTPOA Training Coordinator and is employed with the Bryan Police Department where he has served for over 27 years with 18 years on the SWAT Team. Buck has been a member of TTPOA since 1992 and has served the TTPOA since 2008. Buck served as the Competition Coordinator since 2010. Buck served 5 years in the United States Marine Corps and 3 years in the Texas Army National Guard Co G 143rd Airborne/Ranger LRRS. He earned a BA from Texas A&M University and has completed Leadership Command College in 2010 and the FBI National Academy Session 246. He has recently earned a Masters' Certificate in Homeland Security (2012) from the Bush School of Government and a Masters' Certificate in Criminal Justice (2011) from the University of Virginia. He is a certified TCOLE and Firearms Instructor as well as a Rappel Master. He is also an NTOA and Alerrt Active Shooter Instructor. He has attended various operator courses related to SWAT over the course of his career. He currently coordinates SWAT Commander courses for TTPOA with NTOA. |

Michael Lovell - Treasurer, Harris County Sheriff's Office

Tracy Weems - Secretary, Burnet County Sheriff's Office
Tracy currently serves as a Deputy with the Burnet County SO. He has over 24 years law enforcement experience, having served with the TX OAG Law Enforcement Division, Chief of Police for the City of Bertram Texas and the Enforcement Division of TCOLE.
Tracy retired from the Abilene Police Department after 19 years as a Lt. While in Abilene he served as the Perimeter and Entry Team leader and Tactical Commander. He is certified to instruct Impact Munitions, Low Light CQB and also instructs Level 1 and Train the Trainer Active Shooter Response with the ALERRT Center in San Marcos along with being a Firearms and Patrol Rifle Instructor.
Tracy holds a BBA from Hardin Simmons University and has completed Leadership Command College in 2000 and attended the FBI National Academy, Session 213.

Gary Heath - Past President, Houston PD
Officer Gary Heath has been with the Houston Police Department since 1991. He has worked Night Shift Patrol, a patrol division Tactical Unit and has served on the HPD SWAT Detail full time since 1999. Officer Heath currently serves as an Entry Team Leader. During his career Officer Heath has responded to hundreds of special threat situations and high risk warrant service. Officer Heath has received numerous commendations for his actions and is a certified TCOLE instructor and TCOLE firearms instructor. Officer Heath is also a certified instructor in impact munitions, diversionary devices, chemical agents, active shooter, shotgun breaching, live fire shoothouse and a rappel master . Officer Heath is an adjunct instructor with the TTPOA and Safariland Training Group, completing a Master level instructor certification in Less Lethal Munitions, Shoothouse Instructor and High Risk Warrant Service with STG.

Bradley Morefield - Legal Advistor, Houston PD
Bradley Morefield is a 18-year law enforcement veteran, Lieutenant and Supervising Attorney with the Houston Police Department. He served for 8 years in patrol where he was certified as a field trainer and evaluator. Since graduating from law school, he has served as an in-house attorney providing advice, training and counsel to his department on liability, policy, and internal investigations.
